The first practical corporate event within the framework of the National Go Green Campaign – Clean Up Dnipro Day

Clean Up Dnipro Day to be held on 6 July (Sunday), from 11:00 to 14:00, at the Trukhaniv Island in Kyiv.

We invite all Ukrainians, the employees of the Global Compact member companies, their families and friends who are tired to see heaps of rubbish in the Dnipro river green zone to contribute to cleaning up the Trukhaniv Island and to collect the garbage off the banks of Matveevska Zatoka.

The gathering point for participants will be an old abandoned cafe “Lastivka” that is located near the Pedestrian Bridge (please, find enclosed the map). Each participant will get a pair of rubber gloves and garbage bag. Free soft drinks as well as an entertainment program for the kids will be kindly provided by Coca-Cola. All gathered garbage will be collected by Greenco-Kyiv for further sorting out and recycling at “Greenco-Center”.

We encourage all companies to provide their staff with corporate T-shirts thus showing to all participants and media their corporate consciousness and integrity. Go Green! pins, produced with the financial support of Institute for Oil Transportation will be given to all participants as a sign of appreciation of their efforts.
