| What is your company’s involvement with the Community? |
Construction at the company’s expense of the autonomous boiler-house for providing heating to the inhabitants of the village that is adjacent to JSC «Slovvazhmash». Transfer of the production area for minor casting from the central part of the town to the factory’s main area (for environment improvement). Systematic material and non-material help to CSOs and individuals representing vulnerable social groups according to their appeals. In 2006 we provided such help to medical institutions, kindergartens, including the orphanage, specialized school for children with vision disabilities, City Veterans’ Council, executive committee of the Slovyansk city council, judicial organs and prosecutor’s office, military base, etc. In the fall of 2005 we have repaired and made available for usage factory gym «Yunist’». |

| What is your company’s involvement with the environment? |
"There exists accredited laboratory in the company that deals with the environmental issues. It is responsible for monitoring: reverse and domestic industrial water; emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere; air clearance in the sanitary area of the company. There are 71 organized sources for emission of harmful waste into the atmosphere, 20 are equipped with 65–93% cleansing efficiency. The control over the air condition in the sanitary area of the enterprise is organized every week in order to monitor the influence of harmful waste on the air quality. Excess in the norms of concentration has never been found and recorded. All the production waste of the company is either utilized in the technology or transferred to the specialized organizations for utilization. The company does not locate waste on its territory." |

| What does your company do at workplace in the
frame of corporate social responsibility? |
"Our company invests in human capital through mechanisms of motivation and development and namely in such cases: for realization of ideas, initiatives and signing good contracts; young specialists make a contract agreement with the enterprise for no less than 3 years; there is a special bonus system in addition to the salary; financial help for vacation on the condition of sick leaves absence during the year; financial help when the person is retiring and for other important dates; payments during the period of change of qualification and acquiring new profession. In 2005 we received license for professional training within our company. Starting 2005 factory sanatorium has been at the employees’ disposal." |

| What is your company’s practice of business ethics? |
The principles of ethical and generally responsible conduct are implemented in practice by all staff members. Such requirements are reflected in the chapter «Duty and Responsibility» of all official instructions. |
