| What is your company’s involvement with the Community? |
Activities of the association are directed at the protection of legal social, economic and other interests of the community of entrepreneurs and promotion of the sustainable establishment, development and cooperation of small, medium and privatized enterprises, expanding the sphere of their activities with the gradual transfer to more complex system, connected with big companies for full provision of the community with services, goods, eliminating monopoly in their production. |

| What is your company’s involvement with the environment? |
Association in its everyday operation is trying to have some impact on solving various ecological problems, including popularizing efficient usage of natural resources, objective assessment of the industry, products and of the services’ influence on the environment. The effort of the association is directed at raising ecological awareness of the citizens organizing specialized conferences, round tables, seminars, etc. Also Association was a co-founder of the public organization «International League Supporting Ecological Entrepreneurship in Ukraine», was one of the organizers of the conference «Ecological entrepreneurship in the Dnieper basin and support for its development» and other events of the kind. |

| What does your company do at workplace in the
frame of corporate social responsibility? |
Association promotes employee motivation and their personal development in many ways. During the whole period of organization’s existence (since June 1990) employees have always had decent conditions for acquiring more knowledge, receiving education, etc. During last 2 years our employees had a chance to increase their qualification at international seminars-trainings (USA, Czech Republic, Poland) and seminars in Ukraine which definitely benefited their professional and personal development. Currently one employee is studying management of organizations at the Institute of the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine. |

| What is your company’s practice of business ethics? |
Association constantly uses principles of ethically correct and responsible in general conduct. In March 2000 the Association was one of the initiators of developing and accepting «the Honor Code of Ukrainian entrepreneur». This event was well covered by the Association, i.e. in the newsletter and other mass media. Association was one of the initiators and organizers of the round table «Ethics of business: international standards and Ukrainian reality» in Kyiv. |
