| What is your company’s involvement with the Community? |
In general our company provides legal services to the clients and we took a decision to provide legal services free of charge to underprivileged social groups. Besides, our partners and us created rehabilitation center for drug and alcohol addicts. |

| What is your company’s involvement with the environment? |
Our company employees have worked out and presented to the Ministry of Ukraine the project of legislation bill that is related to the issues of ecologic control in the framework of Kyoto protocol signed by Ukraine. Last spring our company started realization of the project «cleaning day». Every Friday, starting February we clean the territory around our office and also plant trees. In future we plan on creating the fund for supporting rare animal and plant species. Our company is not involved in the production and has no negative impact on the environment. |

| What does your company do at workplace in the
frame of corporate social responsibility? |
The main asset of our company is our employees’ intellect. Practically all the income that we get, we invest back into human capital. First of all, we provide opportunities for studying foreign languages. Second of all, there is also an opportunity to get one more degree at the company’s expense. And third of all, we have interest clubs according to hobbies of our employees. |

| What is your company’s practice of business ethics? |
There exists Code of Ethical Conduct among employees and management. First of all, our employees keep their appearance business-like. Second of all, there are special places for the smokers and there are fines for smoking in the inappropriate places. |
