What is your company’s involvement with the Community?	"UAQ was founded as all-Ukrainian public organization for building positive public opinion and policies in the sphere of quality. Its activity is directed at assisting national companies in improvement of the quality of the products and services and competitiveness in general. UAQ strictly follows the concept of Total quality management, which is oriented at meeting expectations of all the stakeholders: consumers, employees, suppliers and society in general. UAQ has developed and implements the Code of Honor of the responsible producer; has initiated and implements such large-scale projects as All-Ukrainian project «Reach European acknowledgement», All-Ukrainian business marathon «Reaching the Top of European Perfection», etc. Hundreds of organizations improved their performance. UAQ is a leader of the civil movement for quality and perfection in Ukraine. UAQ was one of the first organizations to join UN Global Compact."

What is your company’s involvement with the environment?	UAQ provides training to the professionals (managers, auditors) in ecological management and issues European certificates to confirm their qualification. It also provides companies with scientific and methodological help for improving systems of ecological management, particularly on the basis of TQM and provides certification for management systems in compliance with ISO 14000 It spreads knowledge about environmental protection and rational use of energy resources through conducting conferences, seminars, and lectures, participating in public events, scientific and technical discussions. The Company publishes and distributes printed materials on ecological problems, including poems, for free.

What does your company do at workplace in the frame of corporate social responsibility?	UAQ consists of 450 member organizations, executive committee of UAQ and a network of professional centers. Core value of UAQ is staff of member organizations and professional centers. About 50 companies, members of Leaders’ Club of Quality of Ukraine, make big investments in human capital. Professional centers’ employees are provided with good opportunities for professional growth, many of them are granted with the status of European level professionals, they receive trainings systematically at the best European educational centers and take part in international events related to the issue of quality and perfection. The salary is constantly growing in the centers and is bigger than average wages in the country. Favorable working and rest conditions are provided for employees. There wasn’t a single case of applying sanctions in regard to performance of the personnel.

What is your company’s practice of business ethics?	"The main intention of UAQ employees and its professional centers is to assist in organization’s and Ukrainian economics improvement for the well-being of the citizens of the country. This idea predetermines the core principle and namely friendly attitude to colleagues, partners and clients. Other principles include orientation at common people’s values; ethical partnership relations with state, public and commercial organizations, and of the highest priority, meeting deadlines in provision of qualitative services, creating beneficial conditions for the «beginners», etc. Highly moral climate within the organization contributes to this greatly. Multiple letters of gratitude and positive feedback from the clients, partners, authorities, colleagues from abroad and international organizations serve as a proof of our adherence to these principles."
