| What is your company’s involvement with the Community? |
During all the 25 yeas of its activity the bank has been fulfilling its tax obligations to the full extent. The bank takes part in all the educational programs that give a chance for the young people to realize their potential in the banking sphere. Ukrsotsbank regularly signs agreements with higher educational establishments in regard to the student internships and our specialists prepare special programs for their professional training. JSCB «Ukrsotsbank» actively supports sponsorship programs. For instance, during several years it has been providing financial help for the International contest of young piano players named after Horowitz. It also provides assistance to the orphanage, etc. In November 2006 JSCB «Ukrsotsbank» joined Global Compact in Ukraine, which is UN voluntary initiative. |

| What is your company’s involvement with the environment? |
JSCB «Ukrsotsbank» promotes environment protection, first of all, providing loans to the highly technological companies. One of them works in Vinnytsya. In 2005 the enterprise purchased with the help of the bank co-generation installation which is currentlythe only one in Vinnytsya region and is functioning rather successfully. Co-generation installation is a modern tool for using energy remainder (thermal) or gas or other fuel waste. What is characteristic for the installation is that it allows to reduce dangerous waste into the atmosphere and to reduce the level of pollution of drainage by the chemicals. Besides, JSCB «Ukrsotsbank» actively works with the construction firms all over Ukraine including shore areas. Before financing any construction project it is important for the bank to check whether the firm has permission documents from the Ministry of Ecology of Ukraine. |

| What does your company do at workplace in the
frame of corporate social responsibility? |
The main principle of the social policies of the bank is creating necessary conditions for potential realization, development of employees’ professional skills and also providing decent remuneration for their work. Thinking about the future of its employees, the bank is involved in establishing corporate retirement fund. The bank builds its relations with the employees on the basis of equality and mutual understanding, focusing on their motivation. It is worth mentioning the program «career elevator» here, due to which employees with the entry positions have a chance to increase their professional level. Also the most talented specialists are included into the human resources reserve and in case there are some higher level positions available they get a chance to improve their status. Ukrsotbank actively invests in its employees’ rest and conducts annual sports competition for them. |

| What is your company’s practice of business ethics? |
At the Ukrainian market of financial services Ukrsotsbank follows the highest ethical principles and standards. Ukrsotbank has never been engaged in unethical market competition and showed exclusively ethical conduct in terms of its attitude to clients and business partners. Even in the crisis conditions in the end of 2004, Ukrsotsbank never stopped its business and fulfilled its obligations towards clients. |
