| What is your company’s involvement with the Community? |
From the very beginning of its existence the company «URGA» has been increasing expenditures for charity in Kirovograd community. During the last 5 years our help has increased 1.7 times to the educational and cultural establishments and hospitals. Aviation company is a well-known sponsor, that annually takes part in financing such All-Ukrainian events, as theater holiday «Veresnevi samotsvity» and music event «Travnevi zustrichi». Aviation company actively spreads accumulated experience that is why dozens of students of regional universities work as interns at the enterprise. Another valuable contribution of the company in the regional development is paying taxes to the budgets of all levels that have increased compared to 2003 at 2.7 times. |

| What is your company’s involvement with the environment? |
One of the important elements of social responsibility of the aviation company «URGA» is ecological safety. In order to prevent negative influence of the waste on the environment the aviation company systematically monitors and minimizes production waste. Materials’ waste and equipment used by the enterprise goes through certification and is transferred to relevant organizations. This process is documented in «The Instruction for Waste Usage in URGA» and guides personnel’s performance. Besides, every year we hold a program for economic and rational usage of fuel resources which allows pilot and engineer personnel who use technical, operational and organizational measures to save 8% of fuel that is not reused annually. |

| What does your company do at workplace in the
frame of corporate social responsibility? |
"Corporate social responsibility of our company is directed at the personnel and promotes their motivation and personal development. There is special social bonus system for the staff. We also conduct training for qualification increase and there is motivation for career growth. Such activities are reflected in the documents «Personnel policies of the company URGA», «Instructions on the corporate traditions of the company URGA». The social benefits package used by employees includes no-interest loans, financial help for rehabilitation, material incentives for those employees who support company policy of healthy life style; vacation packages with discounts and valuable presents for special occasions; annual anti-flue vaccination; tourist trips during the week end, etc." |

| What is your company’s practice of business ethics? |
Aviation company constantly implements the principles of ethical and responsible behavior among its employees. In the framework of the management system for quality there exists «The Code of Professional Ethics of the employees of the company URGA» and «The Code of Honest Air Services provider of Ukraine». The Code of professional ethics is based on such requirements for the aviation company employees: honesty, objectiveness, competence, high quality of work, patriotism, careful attitude to the valuables and high culture of conduct. The Code of honor of the honest aviation services provider of Ukraine includes also voluntary obligation of the company «URGA» towards its clients, partners and society to achieve high quality services. Such obligations are aimed at satisfying needs of all the stakeholders and ensuring honesty, decency, objectiveness and company justice in the business environment. |
