| What is your company’s involvement with the Community? |
Group of companies «Foxtrot» is one of the biggest in Ukraine national trade-industrial companies where more than 7 thousand people are employed. Social priorities of the holding activities are promotion of education, culture, sports, and help to socially vulnerable groups of the society. The most popular non-commercial project of the Group of companies «Foxtrot» are private social centers «Perspective» in the residential areas of Ukrainian cities. Hundreds of volunteers in Kyiv, Donetsk, Mariupol and Cherkasy became critical participants of the social projects representing group of companies «Foxtrot»- «Memory Walk», aimed at preservation of Ukrainian heritage, national project for support of talented orphans «Big heart of the small life». GC «Foxtrot» takes active part in the realization of the National program for prevention and treatment of arterial hyper tension in Ukraine. |

| What is your company’s involvement with the environment? |
GC «Foxtrot» takes active part in solving urgent problems of our present time. It is stated in the internal corporate rules that proper maintenance of the adjacent to the stores territory, natural resources efficient usage (water and energy) are obligatory in the company. Social centers «Perspective» of the GC «Foxtrot» annually initiate seasonal cleaning days devoted to the Environment day, Kyiv day. During these days inhabitants of the residential areas plant trees and bushes, purchased by Foxtrot, clean forest belts near the city in the framework of the project «Forest Soul in the Children’s eyes». Besides, due to the volunteers’ effort of Kyiv SC «Perspective-Vynogradar» in the project «Memory Walk» we regularly organize public visits to the memorable places of Kyiv defense at Lutiz’ beachhead. Volunteers together with schoolchildren clean up memorable places related to the WWII, parks of the State Museum-Preservation «Battle for Kyiv» in the village of Novopetrivka. |

| What does your company do at workplace in the
frame of corporate social responsibility? |
One of the principles of the GC «Foxtrot» success is «the main asset of the company is its personnel», and it is a basis for personnel policies of the holding. In GC «Foxtrot» there is a system for personnel motivation that provides compensation and benefits for each category of our personnel within their social package. Training Center of the Department for Human Personnel Management provides professional training under the special program «Program for corporate training», and all expenses are covered by the company. GC «Foxtrot» employees are provided with discounts for purchasing goods and services, offered by the company. Within certain limits our company compensates its employees mobile phone services, provides uniform clothing and hot lunches with compensation 50–100%. GC «Foxtrot» annually organizes corporate events: competition «the best employee of the year», «Spring Queen», championship in mini football, figure skating «Holding on ice» and corporate New Year parties. |

| What is your company’s practice of business ethics? |
Business ethics code of GC «Foxtrot» was approved by the Board of Owners and became inseparable element of the company development strategy. Corporate ethics of the GC «Foxtrot» is aimed at influencing conduct of the employees and promoting gaining good reputation of the well-known business representative at the market and in the society. The most important principles in the corporate ethics of GC «Foxtrot» are: Responsibility and freedom. All the employees and partners are individuals. They are honest, reliable, trustworthy people, who are responsible for their actions. Openness. This is honesty in everything what our employees do and how they behave. Result-orientation.
