What is your company’s involvement with the Community?	"Legal firm «Shevcheko Didkovsky and Partners» defines social responsibility of business as one of the key priorities of its activities. The firm works on the basis of strategic partnership with Association of Lawyers, Association of Legal Experts and the Forum of Young Leaders of Ukraine, investing money and experience in their activities. The firm and its separate employees take active part in the social projects of these organizations, and also generate and implement their own ideas, directed at the support of the community in general and some of its groups. Social initiatives of the company include: Participation in the processes of establishing legal state and promotion of the legal profession in Ukraine, pro bono consultations to the international charitable organizations and state bodies; Financial and volunteer help to vulnerable and sick children; Organization and funding of the educational and sports events for youth; Sponsorship for art and cultural events. What is your company’s involvement with the environment?	In the framework of the socially responsible business and strategic partnership with the Forum of Young Leaders of Ukraine legal firm «Shevcheko Didkovsky and Partners» actively promotes initiatives, aimed at environment protection and ecological safety. For example, our management and employees took active part in the creation of the Young Ecologists Club, whose aim is to promote ecological movement in Ukraine. Among the main goals of the club is ecological awareness raising among young people, ecological propaganda, drawing attention of the state organs, informing people of the problems and ecological situation, organizing ecological preventive events for achieving balance between people and nature.

What does your company do at workplace in the frame of corporate social responsibility?	Legal firm «Shevcheko Didkovsky and Partners» considers intellectual capital one of the main assets of its business. Direct investment into the human capital is considered to be effective way to build highly motivated personnel and to be the basis of its further development and success. In this aspect special focus of the company is on complex programs and special initiatives, directed at professional and personal development of the personnel. Among such are adaptation and professional orientation of the new personnel, encouragement to attend professional and educational events, corporate English studies. Among other privileges received by the employees is also participation in the special events organized by American Chamber of Commerce and European Business Association, and the firm is a member to these organizations. Corporate organization of leisure time is also well developed in the firm. Besides their salary our employees receive bonus according to their annual performance.
