| What is your company’s involvement with the Community? |
Our agency makes a great effort in supporting social development of the community. For three years we have been organizing the festival «Cannes prognoses» in order to introduce advertising novelties to the general public. We also try to support charity. Each year the agency donates money for charitable purposes. For instance, last year we organized the campaign for Red Cross dedicated to the 20-th anniversary of Chernobyl at our cost. |

| What is your company’s involvement with the environment? |
Our charitable project created for Red Cross organization dedicated to the 20-th anniversary of Chernobyl disaster was aimed at raising ecological awareness of the society. By this project we helped the Red Cross to put emphasis on ecological and financial problems as consequences of Chernobyl disaster. Slogan-«Don’t leave him alone with Chernobyl»-tries to draw attention of people to the huge tragedy. |

| What does your company do at workplace in the
frame of corporate social responsibility? |
In order to promote our employees’ performance and their personal development our agency regularly organizes trainings, seminars at workplace and abroad. The students of higher educational establishments have an opportunity to work at Advertising Agency Leo Burnett Ukraine and the agency renders them paid leaves due to examinations, diploma defense, etc. in compliance with labor legislation of Ukraine. Our employees also have an opportunity to get an annual bonus according to results of their work. Each year employees receive 28 calendar vacation days and also the additional paid leave under special circumstances such as family members’ diseases, marriage, death, etc. Each year on St. Nicholas Day the company arranges a festive event for the children of the employees. |

| What is your company’s practice of business ethics? |
According to our company’s policies the agency has to enjoy workers’ rights. Leo Burnett Ukraine does not accept discrimination and any pressure during hiring procedure and working process and treats all employees with dignity. We believe that we should search, value and hire the most talented people disregarding their nationality, skin color, faith, origin, sexual orientation, age, physical and mental abilities. These principles are used in all company’s activities and any decisions which have impact on our work. |
