| What is your company’s involvement with the Community? |
"We believe in future prosperity of Ukraine and try to contribute to its economic and social development. The core prerogative of our attention and care is young generation, which is going to be our future. We also try to help those who are in need for care and protection nowadays. That’s why, the company «XXI century» implements social project «Children’s Treasure Box», which supports children deprived of parental care; participates actively in the project «Children’s hospital of the future»; helps children with AIDS; takes care of the orphanage «Parents’ Home»; builds playgrounds for children; gives scholarships to the best students of Ukrainian higher educational establishments, supports talented children." |

| What is your company’s involvement with the environment? |
Any company consumes, amortizes and changes the environment. Company’s social responsibility is carried out when after consuming natural resources, the company creates new social, economic and ecological products instead. In order to maintain the balance of the resources, compensation law should be in act: if taking, then also give. Within CSR framework, the company «XXI century» conducts ecological programs for the environmental support. The construction of every company project also suggests development of the adjacent territory: park’s reconstruction, planting new trees and front gardens, laying out new parks and children’s playgrounds. In the commercial and residential construction the company «XXI century» uses materials, certified in Ukraine, that correspond to ecological requirements. |

| What does your company do at workplace in the
frame of corporate social responsibility? |
The company «XXI century» highly values its employees and creates conditions for their better performance: generous salary and social package, convenient working conditions and positive environment, professional and personal development system. Our company pays special attention to educational system, which can be divided into 2 areas. Internally we maintain adaptation system for new employees, introducing corporate values and teaching some peculiarities of the market. There also exists motivation program directed at every employee’s development and of the company in general. Externally every employee is provided with opportunities for attending various trainings, seminars, conferences directed at their personal and professional development. |

| What is your company’s practice of business ethics? |
"The company «XXI century» uses modern European standards of corporate management in its business. We have initiated the foundation of Ukrainian Construction Association and maintain a vital dialogue with Ukrainian Government and Parliament for improving legislation in the construction sphere. We implement international business standards, based on the principle of general quality management. Our business ethics is based on openness, transparency, honesty and responsibility. As a member of European Business Association, the company «XXI century» is committed to: promoting honest and transparent rules for competition; enjoying rights of intellectual and other forms of property, promoting non-corrupted business methods, developing constructive relationship with local and central authorities." |
